They indicated that IBD patients in clinical remission with FCP values greater than 50 mg/L (in both the UC and CD groups) show clinical relapses within a few months with a sensitivity >80%.15"
OK so there's really no clear cut correlation as in <X fecal cal means remission because it looks like even over a 50 mg/L can still be in remission, but obviously the lower the better. Sucks that I had 35.8 and saw blood less than two weeks later.
According to the chart it looks like the IBS group was below 30 for FCP.
