Uceris in Canada yet?

I know this has been asked before, but I havent been able to find an answer to it yet. Is Uceris available in Canada yet? Thanks!

I mentioned it to my GIs when I was in hospital 2 weeks ago. They never even heard of it! So the answer is "no!"

Boo. I'm hearing great things about it.

darn, thats too bad. Thanks for the help anyway! Im gonna ask my GI as well tomorrow, but since Im also in Ontario, I figure Ill get the same answer. Regardless, Ill post his answer here for future reference : )

darn. Silly me, I assumed it was in Canada. I had filed that away as an option if I needed it. Please keep us posted if GI mentions when it will be available.

I've tried to find out at what stage would be the Uceris approval process in Canada. I haven't found anything :( That doesn't sound go. It seems to be a very nice treatment option as the side effects don't seem to be as bad as with other steroids.

So i talked to my GI and he doesnt think its available in Canada yet. Im gonna email the company that produces Uceris and see if they can give me an answer. Ill let you guys know what they say!
