Well must be mad last week hubby and I drove 380 miles to get a puppy. She is the most sweetest little pickle ever she's a border terrier and is now 11 wks old and finding her feet.
Am so tired have worked 3 long 12hr night shifts had vey little sleep but still smiling.
House now filled with puppy toys and newspaper but shes been very good and hasnt cried at night or during the day when I have a few hours sleep.
Her name is lollipop lolly for short our other dog who's 9 has been very good just tells get off when she's had enough but they are funny to watch must say think I know why you forget first few months puppies worse than babies as they can move 100 mPh and more, think she will fit in to our mad house kids absolutely love her to bits yet another spoiled rotten animal.
Friends think we are mad as now have 2 dogs 4 chickens and a very old rabbit lol but love them all will not be so happy when she starts to chew but will keep you posted .

Puppies sound like the best kind of medication to me.

I LOVE BORDER TERRIERS!!!! (squealing giddily...lol). I've never owned a dog, but that would be one I'd want.
Lolly is a cute name..., but you can sing her the song "lollipop" for fun!
Have a blast with the training process

Having a dog in the house brings so much joy to everyone. Our puppy is now 2 years old and is so spoiled. Enjoy your new puppy. It's a lot of work, but we'll worth it.

That's so great...we are getting ready to get a Great Pyrenees puppy to guard our chickens!
I wonder what your dog will think of chickens?

Congrats! Pets are great! We have a silky terrier, 3 hermit crabs, and a hedgehog in our tiny apt. and they never stop making us laugh! It definitely helps when I'm not feeling my best.
