Guardian, I'm okay with what you are saying, there are many good things in dairy. But according to me in the balance bad things win. It is a good kind of food when we are youg (babies) but when we are adult I think it should be avoided. Milk industry has the best marketers on the planet, and people believe all they say about calcim, bones wellness, etc, that's a pity.
I envy you to be able to choose between good cheeses and milks. Even if I'm in France, here milk is one of the product that is the worse when we talk about antibiotics and toxic products (absorbed by cows).
Of course there are good products, but people always turn to the cheapest (= the worse quality), putting their health in danger.
Anyway, if you found dairy improve your condition, of course you can continue eating them. Just not too much to stay safe on the long run, because we want to keep you with us here :)
Thank you Jeanloup.
We have to fight tooth and nail to get raw milk access here, because the corporations don't want any other products cutting into their sales. Government bans the sale in most states, but continue to allow the sale of cigarettes, sodas and other trash foods. Guess that's America for ya.
I notice you guys have grass fed raw milk vending machines in France now, no? This
video really caught my eye!
