Ulcerative Colitis and inflammation in duodenum

I had ulcerative colitis from 5 months but I also have chronic non-specific inflammation in duodenum. I know that sometimes ulcerative colitis can cause inflammation in small intestine but in ileum only not in duodenum. Bcoz of it I have become vitamin b12, vitamin d and iron deficient which is also causing hair loss. Does anyone else also had this? And what could be the reason for such inflammation? Is there any other deficiency that I should Check? Please reply if anyone has any knowledge about it. I really need some advice.

@judy2 I had collonoscopy, endoscopy and biopsy. Biopsy of colon shows ulcerative colitis and Biopsy of duodenum ( D2) shows chronic nonspecific inflammation. I also have a doubt bcoz ulcers in colon is not continuous it's something like crohn's but can result of biopsy be sometimes wrong or it is something else.
