So Ive been consuming aloe gel, and I thought it may have been helping a bit. I even did some enemas with it. Then I realized I had missed the F--ing CARRAGEENAN on the label... I finally found a brand that does not have it, but does have guar fiber (1%). Does anyone have any cautionary info on guar? It seems that carrageenan is highly implicated in gi upsets, but guar, not so much?
