nerve pain

I had a very bad case of Ulcerative Colitis as a teenager, and after a few years i had my Colon removed. It was suppose to be a 3 surgery process but it ended up being a 5 surgery process do to a complication of a huge infection. A year after the last surgery I had another surgery to repair a incisional hernia. So I had a total of six abdominal surgeries from age 17 to 19. I am now 23 and I am experiencing sharp pains in my stomach when a turn my body. It feels like it might be nerve pain but I don't know. Does anyone know if this is normal to experience and how long it might last for?
