Just shows you how different people can be - I love raw veggies, I have recently started a raw food vegan diet and I feel great. More energy, better skin, better sleep, no bloating. Lots of green smoothies, fruit, veggies and raw salads. I lightly steam some veggies for diner but apart from that, its all raw.
I have never had issues with veggies until now. I used to be a vegan too. I am hoping once I get this flare under control I will be able to try salads again. I don't think I will ever go back to vegan though.
