try laying on your stomach (if its not too painful) instead of sides, if you have pancolitis like me you'll get your second eureka moment :D
My routine (after the enema) :
Flaring and painful to sleep on my stomach :
1- left side 30 min
2- back 10~15 min
3- right side 30 min
Not too painful :
1- left side 10 min
2- stomach 30 min
3- back 10 min
4- right side 10min
5- stomach 30 min (and possibly sleep in the same position)
