October seems to be the time of the year my bowel has the most problems, it starts with my stool becoming dryer then usual, even though Im still drinking a lot of water, my upper GI tends to get distressed, and I might see a very slight traces of mucus here and there on a good year, (a bad one is going out of remission altogether)...Iv been in remission for over 3 years this time, and praying for a more to come...But October and November are potentially problematic for me, Im thinking the changes in light and serotonin production might play a roll in all of this...Funny tho' the worst flair I ever had was mid summer (almost lost my ass, for real) but I was dealing with an insane amount of stress when that occurred...For me, stress is the worst culprit...
