Continuous Anus burning- Inflammation

Diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in 2012 ,12 CM lower part. Currently no bleeding no mucus, little pain. Having one Asacol suppositories nightly. At the last 15 days, there are changes in bowel movement, diarrhea, constipation, and continues Anus burning. What should be the reason? Do I need a colonoscopy. I am just worry about the Anus inflammation now? Any suggestions?

I have seen vitamin E suppositories mentioned here...don't know anything about them personally. Maybe ask your doctor about a topical ointment or something?

Have you tried hydrocortisone suppositories? Those seem to help many with anus inflammation.

I always keep some A&D ointment by the toilet somewhere. On days where I am going a lot I use that everytime I am done. Just a little squirt on some TP and wipe it on and go.

Thank you for your responses, now I am feeling uncomfortable. I had some spicy chicken last night, it may be the reason of the sever inflammation.
