I will give it a possible, for someone perhaps predisposed, might be another trigger.
Contains nonoxynol-9 = triton x-100, which is an industrial non ionic surfactant, might be found in laundry,or dishwashing detergent also.
Causes vulvovovaginal epithelial disruption.
If absorbed into the colon,might cause mucus thinning, and or some form of barrier disruption.
I have a thread somewhere on mucus thinning by surfactants,from toothpaste,food,residues on dishes.
