Vitamin E Enemas

Has anyone used or concocted these enemas with success?

Apparently medicinal professionals are now getting in board with the type of treatment for UC stating that it significantly heals the colon and many use as a maintenance treatment instead of drugs.

I am usually VERY skeptical about these things especially as there seem to be a million and one natural remedies that people purport have cured their UC. However I seem to be coming across this one a lot.

Also are there any such products on the market (particularly in the uk) as most people seem to buy the vit e capsules and make the enemas themselves.

I use them off and on fairly regularly. I simply tear a slit in the capsule with my teeth and pour some in the Rowasa bottle and shake it up. I think it helps, though it's nothing spectacular, in my case at least.
