Has anyone used the Inflammacore supplement shakes to any success? I'm also curious as to the biggest diet changes that have worked. Gluten, dairy, etc. thanks!

I have had good success with being very strict on my diet, I am taking the meds along with my diet changes but I for sure see a vast improvement. You will see what my diet consists of in my signature, best of luck!
