All foods have different amounts of histamine in them, which is what the product helps eliminate. If you are eating foods that are not high in histamine then the product won't do much of anything. The higher the histamine content in your meal the more pills you have to take to counter the histamine. It is not an exact science. I take anywhere between one and four pills per meal depending on how much histamine I am ingesting. You can't overdose on it but if you don't have a histamine intolerance problem then the Histame won't do anything for you.
