I'm about to finish up one months worth at 4.5mg. I take it right before bed every night and haven't had any sleeping issues with taking it. I seriously didn't notice a thing for the first two weeks, although I must say I wasn't flaring at the time either. I was experiencing a lot of stomach gurgling though, burping and occassional cramping as well, but no blood or urgency. What I did notice after about two weeks of taking it so far is that my BM's have gotten so much better. They have gotten much bigger in size, non of that usual pencil thin stuff anymore. Every BM for the last two weeks have actually been spectacular, like I almost would compare them to my dogs (which for me is the gold standard of BM's).
