Best vacation spots to go to while flaring?

I'm in the middle of a 6 month flare (or as I like to call it, my "new reality") and I went on vacation a couple of weeks ago with my significant other and her family. My girlfriend assured me that I would be ok even with my frequent trips to the bathroom and heinous colitis farts. The destination? Las Vegas, baby!

I gotta say, she was so right! It was amazing. There are bathrooms EVERYWHERE. I guess the casinos want people to do their business when nature calls and then get right back out to the casino floor. Toilets a-plenty! Not only that, but the restrooms in that town were overall very clean.

We went to old Vegas (the glitzy old school neon glamor of Fremont Street) one day when I was in particularly bad shape and I was amazed that I could run in and out of establishments unimpeded and use the facilities. For all they knew, I was going in to play craps, not take craps! No big deal, no showing of the "I can't wait" - CCFA emergency potty card. It was glorious.

Another benefit was the amazing ventilation system on the casino floors. I could happily toot away and the system would jettison that noxious odor away before anyone could pin it on me.

So all that to say, what are some other good vacation destinations for those of us currently suffering? Any tips? I've heard Japan is good, toilets everywhere due to the older population but frankly I'd be worried because I don't speak Japanese and when there's urgency one might not have time to pantomime "where is the bathroom?"

For me, I would stop the flare first and then savor the vacation to the utmost capacity of the mind. This would mean saying no to the vacation and pissing some folks off in the process, however.

I learned the hard way that it is difficult to meet someone's expectations and enjoy a vacation when I am not physically well.

What's nice is going to places that have to have a lot of bathrooms to handle peak times but going to these places during non peak times.

I went on a cruise to Mexico while flaring, and I had such a fun trip. Very relaxing, bathrooms everywhere and lots of healthy food on the buffet. You can go on excursions or just stay on the ship and take it easy.

Another vote for WDW. The combination of sun and no stress (we stay at a Disney property and use Disney transport, and don't make plans beyond which park to visit each day) works wonders for me. Plus there are restrooms everywhere.
