Meridian Pro Qing Dai dosage says 5 grams twice daily

Is anybody actually taking 10 grams of this per day ?

"RECOMMENDED DOSAGE : 5g 2 times per day ( spoon provided = 1 g )

seems like a misprint, all the other products are 1 gram dosage up to two times per day.

I haven't taken that much but taking a lot of it actually makes me worse. I only take 1 gram every five days.
