Bad news post FMT

My DD who was in remission for last one mth after her FMT got some sinus/headache issues about 2 days back. She had fever yesterday 102.5. I gave her acetaminophen generic Tylenol and today looks like her flare has started . She was constipated for last 3 days and had her BMs after 3 days today which had blood. We are freaking out here. Don't know if we have continue Fmt or just move to remicade. Can constipation make blood to come.

Before I had to press her abdomen for her pain. Today even if I touch her abdomen she is complaining of extreme pain.

I meant generic Tylenol acetaminophen.Ipad did a spell check and changed it.i used it for fever. I do not know if that caused her flare. I thought acetaminophen is safe for uc. She had pretty good 1 mth and all our hopes are dashed now.

I think the UC was acting up when the constipation started. Besides the tylenol would not cause anything.

The FMT generally has to be done multiple time and then possible now and then as a maintenance. I think the people who get relief from one or two doses may have had some infection all along.
