My daughter is now having very bad ear infection. I went to her pediatrician today and she has been prescribed amoxicillin. With great difficulty with the help FMT I have been able to keep her stools without blood and formed for last month.I can not let this antibiotic spoil her. I have tried garlic,mullen oil with little success.

Did you stick a garlic clove or homemade garlic oil in her ear?? I do that for my sister and it always works.

Yep. Tried already and improvement was very little.

Is she on an immunosuppressant regiment too for UC too? I would take the anti-biotic but supplement with a probiotic. My son is on remicade, he got a bad sinus infection and was put on zythromax antibiotic - I doubled the probiotic, that worked okay.

Yes. she is on 25mg of Azathioprine.Will give a shot for next couple of days and pray that ear infection clears. Otherwise I have to take the antibiotic.
