Anyone use Aetna specialty pharmacy?

How is their service?

Great iPoop. I was about to say the same thing. There is absolutely nothing specialty about this pharmacy, except it adds few more bucks in Aetna's pocket. By a rule of thumb, it should be as crappy as any other 'specialty' pharmacy, like OptumRx for United.

What bothers me, how do they get away with this, otherwise Microsoft gets hammered for their monopolistic business strategies. I believe, this is pretty much same, coercing the members to use their own pharmacy, by purposely inflating prices of other pharmacies.
