I could try and sugar coat it, but the reality is you just have to do the best you can despite the stress and frustration at your uc progress. It sucks, isn't easy when things are going rough. Immerse yourself in something you love, a distraction to escape for a while, and lower your stress levels. Few people are upset for long with a cat laying on their lap, a good book in-hand, after a walk outside, etc.
