Gary, I purchased some of those Histamine tablets that you have mentioned before and they really do work!!!

I bought Swansons Daosin Diamine Oxidase and I cannot believe what a difference it made.

I went out for dinner and had a glass of wine and a beer and I felt fine afterwards.

So thanks for that!!! smilewinkgrin

i agree. i would not have known about dao if it wasn't for gary. that stuff is AMAZING!! i buy "histame" since the swanson brand is filled with some crap and it's not cheap unfortunately!

I also want to thank Gary for the info on DAO.
I buy mine from Swansons, worth every penny!
I take one capsule before dinner , no problem digestng meat& cooked veggies . turn

The one thing I still struggle with a bit is cheese and I LOVE cheese! Do you think it would help with that? I know it's not a lactose problem as I can drink milk just fine and hard cheese have far less lactose in.

Yes it works on cheese .
I eat grilled cheese sandwiches and all cheese pizza!! Love both , had a problem before I found DOA . Try it turn

If you check out Gary's last post two weeks ago then it might be a fair question to ask if a moderator banned Gary from the forum.

I haven't heard of gary being banned, unless it happened accidentally (like juststud a month or so back). If gary's unable to login, then he should just email a mod and we'll investigate.

That would be a shame as I cannot think of anyone else on this forum that tirelessly helps people quite as much.

I second what Poppie said, come on back Gary.

He might be traveling, lots of people are on vacation this month.

Anyone know where Gary sent his stool samples for testing? I might want to try it.

That was good stud.

If I had to wager a guess... he is (hopefully) feeling much, much better and getting on with life. I tend spend less time around here as well while in remission.
