about two weeks ago I bought Danielle Walker's cookbook, Against All Grain. I had been reading about her story for over a year and just wasn't willing to cut out even more things that I loved from my diet. I have to say that after just a short time following her guidelines (essentially paleo but she labels recipes as SCD as well), I am seeing so much improvement. I really recommend trying it. It may not work for everyone, but it's definitely worth a shot.
