whilst i was "away", i discovered that my butt don't like yoghurt
i always thought that stuff was good for us - live and learn i guess -

hi, the forum has become boring without you :) as for yoghurt i've made a similar discovery recently and switched to goat kefir which i (intuitively) feel is much better for me

no, i have never made any kefir or yogurt, i buy it at an organic food store. I've never thought i'd be able to give up "normal" yogurt but now i really see the difference, i feel much better. Some people on the Polish uc forum cook goat milk and add freshly squeezed lemon juice to make curd cheese :)

Welcome back (although it seemed like you were here at times).
I LOVE yogurt, too bad my gut hates it and only tolerates cow milk in small doses. Hard cheese is OK but no soft cheeses (feta might be safe). I still eat ice cream every now and then and pay for it the next day. I need to hypnotize myself into liking things that are gut-safe.
