Nopal in the UK

Can anyone help me find nopal leaves in the UK? Thought they might be good to ward off flares if I start having symptoms.

I don't mind buying them online, I just need to find the right ones, e.g. I think they're supposed to be fresh and not dried or pickled as I've seen them in some places.

Are you in London? I've seen them in some fruit and veg grocers in a few neighborhoods in both Bow and Kilburn. My guess is fruit and veg shops in NW and south and east would have them.

Thanks, I live in Manchester but we have a lot of city centre grocery stores so I'll ask around.

Try either high end shops or places that serve immigrant communities. There's a Turkish grocery near me that has it.
