So after 9 months of treatment consisting of my ass swallowing Pentasa every night and being afraid to fart most of the day, my doctor said I'm already healthy and I don't need to take the supps anymore.

And after a week...I'm getting symptoms again.

This is a big cosmic joke and I wanna speak to the manager.

You need to read up on the disease. Do you actually have UC? If so it is treatable but not curable so you can't just take suppositories for 9 months, quit, and not expect to have problems again. Please read as much as you can. Knowledge is power and you will know ahead of time when your doctor says something stupid, which he did. Also, if you truly have UC suppositories alone are not going to treat it effectively without it coming back. There is a resources thread at the top of the page you can start reading.
