Sometimes you have a bad reaction immediately after eating something, a few hours later on occasion, but not always. So, the best solution is a food diary. Introduce a new food one at a time. Write everything you ate each day in your journal, write the next mornings uc symptoms. Look for correlations (adding spicy chili caused more bms).
