Pain/bloating AFTER a big bathroom trip

Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyone else experiences pain and bloating after a large trip to the bathroom. It almost feels like my body doesn't realize that it is empty and is still cramping/pushing down. And the bloating is a come and go type of lovely thing, but again after a big movement it feels worse. Any insight or even a nod of agreement would be great! Thanks!

That happens frequently to me. It's usually when I'm full of inflammation. I have UC and Diverticular Disease so I don't know which one gets the credit.

are you taking immodium or any medication that slows your GI tract down?
it can also be the fiber , the excising can help
if it persists call your doctor as it could be a sign of something more serious

How long have you been slowly adding fiber? It very well could be that causing it, even happens to healthy people when they add fiber in after not consuming it regularly....are you making sure to increase your water intake with the fiber as well?
