Fissure and UC advice

How long does it take to heal a fissure? I'm on reactiv, canasa, and just started apriso 2 weeks ago. I'm down going 7 plus times a day to 1-2. Still a little mucous. Occasional blood- I think from the fissure. I think the fissure started up when I was flaring.

Also, other than no ibuprofen/NSAIDs is there anything else people with UC should avoid (can include food)

Well Advil was the only thing that helped me, my doc prescribed cipro too and now it's healed , but does come back if I have a lot of diarreah . They are so painful I know.

I don't hav experience with fissures I was told to avoid raw milk, raw eggs and raw fish. Also I was told to avoid alcohol
I'm not sure if those things apply to all as I know people do drink alcohol with UC
While flaring it may be best to avoid nuts and seeds and roughage ( like corn and bran...
Also mess that slow down your Gi tract can be very dangerous these include most prescription pain mess, Imodium, anti diareah mess...
Also do not take antibiotics unless absolutely necessary as they can cause c diff infection
