for all you smart people, i cannot understand this so please help me.
my last blood work showed high protein, albumin, hemoglobin, MCV, MCH, b-12, and hematocrit.
now, from reading online, i know the if the hemoglobin is high, the MCV, MCH, and hematocrit will be high because of this.
now, what i don't understand is the high protein and albumin. i read that these can be high due to inflammation and a ton of bad diseases. my inflammation markers (sed rate and crp) are low and my electrolytes are low, too.
i know a high protein diet does not cause high protein/albumin levels.
what does??
