So got my ubiome results back, I have no idea how much they can be relied on as I've heard they can change according to each stool sample, or even within one sample....
My proteobacteria came back very high 18.4% (on a par with the heavy drinkers group, except I don't drink, am virtually teetotal)
Of these proteobacteria, they are nearly all from one genus, Serratia -
Wondered if anyone else had seen this?
Trying to read about Serratia I think I have read that chitosan can break it down so wondering if I should get back on the n-acetylglucosamine
