My colon looks great. "Normal mucosa throughout." I'm so happy! I thought it would, but I kept thinking it would be too good to be true. I only drank 5/8 of the prep because I was running clear and it was fine. This was by far the easiest colonoscopy experience I've had. It was a pain waiting around all morning for the afternoon procedure, but it went fast enough.

It feels so good to officially be on the other side of horrible flares. I never want to be back in that place. I'm only just getting over the psychological impact of my last big flare 3 years ago.

How did you do Quincy?

Hey that's great news!!!!!!!! Hope you enjoy a very long remission....and so glad you found the prepping tolerable, I always stop drinking when I'm clear too, it's typically an indication that you're cleared out enough for a scope.

Thanks everyone. It's been a long road to good health, and the advice I've gotten on this forum over the years has helped so much.

Dikid, dinner was amazing! I had chicken schwarma with baba ghanoush and roasted cauliflower. Followed by an Enlightened Popsicle.

Hi...happy to hear the prep and all went well (and visually clear) with your scope. When will you get the biopsies results?

Mine was good...slight rectal inflammation which I expected since I was flaring for over a week, although improving. He removed a polyp (I was shocked to see it there), and saw some small pseudopolyps going into the rectum (at least that's where I think he said).

Your dinner sounds delicious....I had breakfast.

I'm curious what an enlightened popsicle is.
