Having just got mine back I am trying to learn. You don't look overly high on firmicutes, which a lot of us UCers seem to be and you aren't too high on proteobacteria, which are apparently mostly the bad guys.
One thing I've read is characteristic of long term UC is low diversity. I've just talked to a nutrition coach person who has looked at about
a hundred of these and he said mine is the lowest diversity he thinks he has seen.
I found a link to download the raw taxonomy and convert to an Excel sheet
blog.richardsprague.com/2015/01/how-to-analyze-ubiome-sample-in-excel.htmlIt would be interesting if we could compare diversity. Mine only lists 21 species and 24 genus and 16 family which seem a lot less than Sprague got on even his lowest test
