Uceris - supplents while on it and getting off

I am on Uceris 9mg for a week. Feeling little better. Any suggestions for supplements while on it and to get off successfully? I have stopped everything and only taking prescribed meds (ASACOL, Uceris, Gabapendine for nerves) right now. Losing hair and thinking about taking Biotin.

95% Curcumin/Turmeric pills would be my first choice.
VSL#3 probiotic would also be a #1 choice.
Using mesalamine enemas and Canasa suppositories also #1.
