Doing Great with Citrucel

Hi Everyone--Just wanted to share my positive news--

I added Citrucel to the mix a few weeks ago and the results have been really positive. My Bm's have been cut down to 3-4 per day and the urgency is much better. Fiber never really helped me before but for some reason, this has really stabilized things for me. For now, this is my mix--

Entyvio-COLAZAL-Canasa-VSL-Potato Flour-Citrucel-Other Probiotic(this changes from time to time)

Not sure this is remission for me but it's the best I've been since 2010. I spent a day boating on a lake this weekend and had 0 worries about using the bathroom. We stopped a little town with public bathrooms along the way and I did not even have to do a preventative bathroom stop. This is truly a great feeling to start on the path back to a normal life.

I am going to try Citrucel to firm up my BMs
My GI Doc put me on Questran last Month but it's giving me constipation of all things!! I called her office and her Nurse told me to cut the dose in half Still have constipation problems
So I'll call again to see if Citruel would be Ok
