Has anyone who is on asacol 500mg suppositiories for a long period of time, developed raynaulds.

the cause isn't 5ASA. It's a vascular syndrome/disease...either primary or secondary or just an addition to the party.

I agree with q. Highly unlikely that it has anything to do with Asacol.

I don't think it is the meds, either. I also get it now that I have UC, I just chalked it up to the whole auto immune thing.

I couldn't find any clinical trials where raynaud's occurred with meslamine; no reported cases I can find. So, unrelated.

Raynaud's can be a secondary condition on top of other autoimmune disorders, like lupus or ra, and it can stand on its own. Uc is likely autoimmune, like lupus and ra, so it could be a secondary to uc.

Sorry you got to deal with multiple disorders. Some of us have 2's or 3's to deal with...
