I just ordered it. I haven't tried it before but have heard good things. I always take at least one florastor but now that I'm back in a flare/maybe c.diff I'm doing 4 of those a day. Hoping the VSL3 will be a nice compliment to it.

I tried culturelle but didn't like it.

Depending on if you got pills or packets determines how much you can take.

I take Apriso too, my dr upped me to 6 a day, 3 in the morning and 3 at night.

Good luck. I would die without Vsl. It fixes lots of issues!
