Question about patient assistance programs.

So since I'm new to all of this I had a question about some of the patient assistance programs for Lialda, Canasa, Apriso, Delzicol, etc...
I've been on some of their websites and noticed that most (except for Canasa that ends in 06/16) have their patient assistance programs ending after this year. Do they usually renew their programs or offer savings cards throughout the year or do most of these company's only offer the program's every few years? If some veteran members who have used this medication before can reply I'd appreciate it.
