I was literally just looking a bag of Sweet Potato chips - wondering if I could tolerate them. I've never seen them until today, though I starting thinking I remembered eating sweet potato/something else blend nacho chips a few months ago and didn't like the taste all that much. I think I tolerated them.
I was looking to try and add Chickpeas (Or Humus really) and wanted to find something to dip into them like a chip or cracker. That lady with the robogut machine at the University of Guelph is studying them as they found adding Chickpeas to a diet increases the fiber and changes the bacteria makeup.
But I am unsure if I can tolerate Chickpeas... I guess I'll find out soon enough.
"It Takes Guts" was the TV program. Was really quite interesting to watch.
