Probably has somewhat to do with transit time, what you eat, if you're flaring, time of your activity/stress/inactivity, how much you eat and when...etc.
I guess if you put out your entire schedule, time of meds/supplements/food intake, rest, etc, we could figure it out.
I tend to eat hummus/carrots/maybe nuts in the late afternoon, more veggies, salad in the evening. My bms tend to be looser or softer depending on how much of that I tend to eat.
If I have a more stressful day, eat less fibre, I have a more solid bm.
I have 2 bms usually in the morning like you. It could also be that once the first bm is out, the other one doesn't sit in the sigmoid for very long and is out more quickly. Then nothing much after that and getting ready for the day after.
