What else can I do about hemerroids?

Ok, awkward, but I need your help. I always have hemerroids but they usually only flare up for a day or two after super high output days and then kind of retreat back (still visibly there but no other symptoms). However, for the past few weeks they've been raging for no apparent reason. I'm having 1-3 excellent bowel movements per day, not straining, not diarrhea, but nice formed soft excellent logs. The hemerroids are itchy but not really painful, bleed only slightly and only when I've really been wiping a lot. The main issue is super itchy, hard to wipe clean (wiping even with wet wipes seems to irritate them more) and um, wetness? In my butt crack. I'm Not sure if I'd call it anal leakage... It's clear, doesn't smell like poop, but leaves my butt crack very damp ( which causes more itch and is just plain gross). I've tried prep h and tuc wipes but it's not helping. I feel gross and smelly! I have an upcoming doctors appointment and will ask him about them but I'm wondering if you guys have any advice? What would you try or suggest the doctor prescribe?

P.S. I'm 7 months pregnant so it's possible this is from the weight of the baby??
