People have asked this before, but it seemed like the answers revolved around various supplements. I can certainly get myself some extra vitamin B and whatnot, but I'm wondering if there is an actual multivitamin that would be good for UCers. I've been taking Freeda Quintabs for the past year. They're iron-free because when I first started on them, I was on a separate iron supplement. So now that I can take a multivitamin that has iron in it, I'm looking into other options. Any suggestions?
