Crazy stomach pain, hotflashes, and other pains??

I am having crazy intestinal pain and hot flashes. I believe it was because I did my body wrong yesterday and ate a couple of donuts (being lactose/casein and gluten/wheat intolerant) and topped it off with really delicious mexican food.
I thought i was on the upside with solid stools. I just wanted to eat something tasty. Now I am in crazy pain, my legs are even cramping. (going to the doctor about one leg has this bump by groin in 2 days) With that in mind I can't help but think of what they were thinking (they asked about blood clots, which would fit because I sit for long periods of time) I don't understand hot flashes though, does that come with an angry colon?
I have been drinking bone broth/ miso soup trying not to upset my colon with anymore nonsense...

Any advice would help ( 0-0 sorry for being really flustered)

Now that you mention it, I've had a few episodes in the past 2 years during times of inflammation, that felt like intense heat running from my esophagus through the intestines to my rectum while having a bm ending with fire poop. I know my docs thought I was crazy when I described it as a fire sensation. One doc in the hospital said "Oh, you mean heartburn." I wanted to punch him in the teeth. I would also break out in a full body sweat.
