My GI wants to do a CalProtein Test and the Lab said the cost was $600 but did not know if Part B Medicare would pay anything on this test. Has anyone had this test and did Medicare Cover Under Part "B"??

I have the test regularly at the moment. I'm not in the US though so don't know about insurance. Shocked at that charge! You can source the test privately in the UK for around £75 - £100 (£100 currently around $130 although a few weeks ago more like $150)

If that is the cost in the UK it is probably $600 in the USA.
