Are you still flaring with 1-2 bms a day, not as well formed as you'd like? No, not likely. Our bms often vary a lot in consistency. Try adding Metamucil to bulk a little and give more consistency.
If your iron levels are a little low then it could be contributing to your exhaustion. Some iron pills can aggravate uc symptoms and make stool black. Eat lots of higher iron foods, cast iron skillets also increase the iron content of foods cooked in them, if you have one.
How are ypur vitamin b and d levels? As rhey can contribute to exhaustion as well.
