Severe anus / rectum burn

Hey guys, I have severe anus burn for the past two days. Can't go to my regular GI, since I am not in town.
I applied Uceris foam and Hydrocortisone 1% cream last night, but the area is still swollen and hurts like hell.

Every BM makes me want to scream in pain! It hurts when I walk too.

Anyone experience this? Any suggestions for OTC ointments / Meds that can help.

calmoseptine or bag balm -

get it in the 40 gallon bucket that you can sit that blazing butt in

You say the area is swollen, could be an abscess.
At any rate hot sitz baths and antibiotic cream.

If an abscess then, may need a doc if cant get it under control.
When they get out of control, I had to have emergency surgery.

You can also try and look with a mirror to see what is going on.
Of course a hemmie can get swollen and hurt like hell.
