I agree with Quincy. Generally speaking, it's easiest to take rectal medications before bedtime rather than in the morning (if you have a choice between the two). That's because mornings can be trouble for us with multiple bms without a lot of warning, which can result in us unexpectedly expelling the medication before it has much of an effect. Flatulence can also be problematic with suppositories, as well, more challenging during the day.
If your dose needs to be increased and you're currently struggling then, you can ask your doctor about increasing your prescription to give you enough Salofalk suppositories to use both in the morning and in the night. Some members here use them twice a day.
