Fresh blood on tissue

Hello guys,

Every now and again i notice fresh blood on tissue paper. Not actually on my stool, just upon wiping. Bowels opening twice a day formed.

I take metamucil too to provide bulk (4 a day).

Recently come off rectal meds (mesalazine suppositories and asacal foam enema) and was trying to taper down, initially just a slight bit of urgency. Urgency is little to non existent.

Is this a haemmaroid, fissure or mild inflammation very low down?

Might also be wiping too hard or too much. Sometimes it can get a little raw back there. Or since you're bulking up with metamucil, maybe it's hard stools?
