UPDATE: it doesnt work anymore. No clue why. I started SCD diet super strict and that got me out of my flare. I ditched LDN, only taking 2 lialdas and i did like 2 canasas per day for a week to get out of my flare. I am finally out of it.
homemade yogurt
avocado
spinach
no sugar sunflower butter
coconut milk
sea scallops
butter
lemon juice
asparagus
salmon
tumeric wrap
swiss cheese
turkey
and 2 lialdas per day keeps my flares away so far.
Congratulations on stopping your flare!!! btw, how do you get sunflower butter that is SCD legal since we are unable to eat anything processed? Just curious about
that one.
I didn't know it was not allowed. The ingredients say only Roasted organic sunflower seeds. Seems to agree with me. I get the organic Sun Butter. I put about
3 tablespoons in my morning blended shake I have. On another note I read on a very old post here about
people going into remission eating spinach and sunbutter and I had naturally been craving these food items and eating them for about
a week before I read the post. Something about
the natural magnesium in them that can't be found in pills.
